We wanted to build an e-learning platform that could provide an experience as close as possible to our in-person workshops while allowing people to study at their own pace. We also wanted to build a platform where we could host courses that could be used as prerequisites for our in-person workshops to level the playing field. But Advocacy Assembly doesn’t belong to us, it belongs to all of our teaching partners and together, we create a skill-building hub for human rights defenders, campaigners and journalists across the globe.
